The guiding principles of our cooking ensure that we choose only the freshest, seasonal ingredients; cooked simply, giving a lightness and natural harmony to the food we create.

Our Head Chef, Max has vast experience in many types of cuisine and is happy to create bespoke menus in whichever style you would like.


  • Honey and thyme glazed confit of duck leg with pan fried breast, silky truffle pommes mousseline, buttered baby vegetables and grand Marnier jus
  • Fillet of Roast Cod with Clams and Fricassée of Mediterranean Vegetables
  • Saffron risotto with summer vegetables
  • Guinea Fowl Supreme wrapped in Pancetta, Spinach Mouseline, Olive and Lemon Jus, Creamy Savoy Cabbage and Fondant Potatoes
  • Fillet of Beef Rossini with Ragout of Wild Mushroom
  • Pan Fried Fresh Salmon with Quails Eggs and Sun Dried Tomatoes
