Creative collaboration with NP+Co

NP+Co are a creative event production company producing ground breaking events and experiential projects globally.  We were delighted to collaborate with NP+Co recently at the launch of Dom Pérignon Plénitude Deuxième – P2 2000 a theatrically staged dinner and tasting hosted by Chef de Cave Richard Geoffrey.
Unveiling the second plenitude of the brand’s Champagne from the first harvest of the new millennium Food Show were delighted to work alongside head chefs and co-founders, Ana Gonçalves and Zijun Meng, of TaTa Eatery.  Ana and Meng designed the menu and Max and his team executed the six course menu onsite; which was especially created to be paired with Dom Pérignon wines.  Food Show worked with NP+Co providing operational, service and logistical support through the event.
VIP guests arrived at Lindley Hall to a seductively dressed venue with choreographed service and live-audience address from Richard Geoffrey.


Hand dived scallops marinated in kaffir lime leaf oil
Amaebi sweet prawns with tobiko fermented cabbage served on a sesame & rice cracker
Ox cheek & bone marrow wrapped in a rice paper with XO sauce, crispy apple and parsley & mint yoghurt
Salted cod with dash toasted rice, broad beans and fermented cipolini onions
Iberian pork served with black garlic puree and wakeame seaweed pickled in yuzu
Toasted rice cream with koi, crispy buckwheat and strawberries
