St Stephen’s, Hampstead was the perfect location for Katie and Chris’s stunning winter wedding. Candlelight and slight hints to the festive season created the perfect ambience for this stylish wedding.
As the wedding ceremony concluded with cheers of delight, our staff had the bubbles flowing, followed by a service of delicious canapés of mini fish pies in baby potatoes; Cassava manchego & beef croquettes and truffle barley arancini. Guests were called to a wedding breakfast of tortellini of wild mushroom and winter truffle; Cumbrian fillet of beef with salsify, roasted onions, wilted greens and a port reduction. A trio of desserts were served dark chocolate pave with olive oil ice cream; lemon & passionfruit tart and buttermilk panna cotta with raspberry & micro basil.
Katie and Chris shared their first dance to get the party started and as guests danced the evening away we served an evening buffet of best of British cheese table and antipasti; along with suckling pig and delicious Portuguese treats (handmade by the Brides Mother).
